Did They Establish A Checkered-Polo Day Event?

Three gentlemen stumbled into the restaurant wearing identical checkered polos. Each was seated at a different table, completely unaware of the others. Unknowingly, one of them had a knack for photography and had subtly captured the entire scene on their phone. The photo was posted online and drove the Internet too much amazement and laughter, making them overnight online sensations.

It was even highlighted in several magazines! It turns out that checkered-design photos, known as diagonals, are an effective way to capture relationships. They might find it hilarious or even frustrating, but little did the three gentlemen know the photo showed a comical connection between them.
