A group of friends was strolling along when one of them suddenly pulled out a camera and whipped up a selfie. One of his friends, who happened to be wearing a shirt with the print “Stop taking selfies,” was caught in the shot.

Cue awkward laughter from the rest of the friends. Who knew a selfie would lead to such a joke? Well, selfies have come a long way since they became a thing in 2002. It’s even become a social trend to post unusual selfies on Tuesdays. Selfies also come with their own language, like ‘smizing’ (smiling with your eyes.) What a time to be alive!
