2 Chainz – Basketball

2 Chainz first rose to mainstream media as the better half of the hip hop duo Playaz Circle. As a duo, their most successful single was “Duffle Bag Boy,” featuring Lil Wayne. When he ventured into a solo career in 2012, he found success with singles “No Lie,” “Birthday Song,” and “I’m Different.”

Others might not know that 2 Chainz was also good at shooting hoops outside the music scene. During his stay at North Clayton High School, he played basketball and later entered Alabama State University on a scholarship. He played for the team from 1995 to 1997 and timed in 24 out of 29 games.
