His nickname “The Rock” was from his iconic stance as a former professional wrestler, a legacy he continued to carry as an actor. He has played defensive linemen for the University of Miami and won a national championship. However, it didn’t push through as he went undrafted in 1995 and was cut from Canadian Football League in his first season. Despite that, Johnson became one of the greatest professional wrestlers and among the highest-grossing actors in history.
