Uzo Aduba – Track and Field
Uzo Aduba skyrocketed her career when she portrayed Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren in the Netflix original series “Orange Is the New Black.” Her performance earned her two Emmy Awards and two Screen Actors Guild Awards, making herself one of the only two actors to win an Emmy Award in comedy and drama categories.
Before stardom, Aduba also had a great student time at Boston University. Having grown up in a family that likes sports, she went to Boston University on a track scholarship. At the same time, she also attended opera lessons which sparked her passion for performing. She shared that playing sports prepared her for the demands of show business.
