Frozen in Combat
Alaska is a land of frozen wonders judging by this photo of two Bull Moose that froze right in the middle of a fight. One can see the battle stance that the two gigantic creatures had assumed with their antlers intertwined.
As fate had it, an 8-inch layer of ice slapped this beastly pair probably as they tried to disentangle their locked horns. Even their mighty strength could not save them from the powerful forces of nature, and the combative duo was discovered still in the same position by hikers many years later.
