Treasure from the Ashes
Plane crashes are tragic and life-threatening by all means. It has to do with falling from the sky at high speed and then sometimes colliding with a not-so-friendly part of nature. Sometime in the sixties, an Air India plane crashed into Mont Blanc’s summit, which happens to be France’s highest and Europe’s second-largest mountain.
The temperatures here are naturally unbearable, which complicated the rescue efforts of the 117 passengers who all tragically passed away. Nonetheless, a lucky Alpine climber found a treasure chest with around 100 jewels believed to have fallen off the craft in an exciting turn of events.
