Judi Dench is often regarded as one of Britain’s best actresses, widely remembered for her versatile work in various genres. She first gained recognition for appearing in Shakespeare’s plays like “Hamlet,” “Romeo & Juliet,” and “Macbeth.” Although she started in theater, her transition to film and television was a huge success.
She has starred in the series “A Fine Romance” and “As Time Goes By.” She earned international fame in the 1995 film “GoldenEye.” Dench is an eight-time Academy Award nominee. On top of her long list of accolades is the Society of London Theatre Special Award and the British Film Institute Fellowship Award.
