Clark Gregg – Captain Marvel

Despite not being a superhero, S.H.I.E.L.D., Agent Phil Coulson, played by actor Clark Gregg, has become a beloved part of the Marvel Universe. Fans were deeply saddened when this on-screen persona passed away in one of the films, but fear not, because luckily, we have prequels!

So when a younger version of Phil needed to appear in the Captain Marvel movie, it made sense to use the wonder of CGI to bring a more youthful version of the part to life. Of course, this allowed Clark to keep on providing the nuances needed to appease fans while keeping his true essence on-screen firmly in place.
