After making his name as a professional wrestler, Mr. T went on to become one of the most popular actors in the world. He is most remembered for his roles in “The A-Team” and “Rocky III,” both of which aired in the ’80s. He got a job as a club bodyguard in Chicago after his NFL tryout fell through.
The actor started wearing gold neck chains and developing his Mr. T image as a result of the jewelry he discovered at the club. Furthermore, he went on to serve as a bodyguard for over a decade before retiring. For high-profile clientele, he became a sought-after lifeguard because of his notoriety.
