In light of such a daunting revelation, Richard also started rethinking his opinion of his ex-wife. Even though he paid her a divorce settlement of nearly $5 million and more than $3K per month for years, she always asked him for more money, claiming that she needed it to care for the children.
Richard already thought his ex-wife made him some abusive requests since they got divorced. But now, such requests seemed even more unacceptable. If Kate knew who the real father of her children was, why didn’t she ask him for money? Why did all of the burden fall on Richard’s lap?
