Gloria Estefan & Emilio Estefan – Together Since 1978
Gloria Estefan and Emilio Estefan are icons of the Latin pop scene. So, it’s no shock that it was also music that brought them together in the first place. As the “Conga” singer told USA Today in 2020, she first laid eyes on Emilio in the ’70s while their parents worked on a one-night band.
However, it was during their time together in the group Miami Sound Machine that their romance began. They eventually wed in 1978, making Emilio Gloria’s first and last boyfriend. The power couple shares two children, including Emily Estefan, who co-hosts “Red Table Talk: The Estefans” with Gloria.
