Terry Crews – Football
Before gracing television screens, Terry Crews once flourished in the world of football. He served as a defensive end and linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams, San Diego Chargers, and Washington Redskins in the National Football League. He started in 1991 until 1997 when he pursued acting.
It turned out to be a great move as he rose to stardom for his appearances in “Everybody Hates Chris” and “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.” He also hosted the popular game shows “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire” and “America’s Got Talent.” Crews mentioned with ReelTalks that football bears similar structure and expectations as acting, which helped him transition early in his acting career.
