Roger Federer (Born in 1981)
Roger Federer is one of tennis’s greatest athletes. He has dominated the sport for decades together with Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic. Together, they are referred to as the big three. Federer has won a record 20 Grand Slam titles, eight men’s singles Wimbledon titles, and a record six year-end championships.
He has also won the Laureus World Sportsman of the Year award a record five times. He established the Roger Federer Foundation in 2013, which targets improvised children in Southern Africa. Federer was voted number two by the Reputation Institute’s study of the world’s most respected, admired, and trusted personalities, only behind Nelson Mandela.
