Marlène Jobert and Walter Green — 45 Years
Marlène Jobert cultivated her talent as an actress through the theater by playing with Yves Montand in the play “Clowns per Thousand” by Herb Gardner in 1963. She was noticed at 23 by Jean-Luc Godard who decided to have her play in the film “Masculine Feminine” in 1966. She shared the poster with Jean-Pierre Léaud and Brigitte Bardot. However, it was with the film “The Thief” by Louis Malle in 1967 that Marlène Jobert was really to be revealed as an actress. Marlène’s sentimental life was first marked by a short love affair with director Claude Berri during the 1960s. She then married a dental surgeon named Walter Green in 1976, with whom she had two twin daughters, baptized Eva and Joy.
