Life Lessons
The biggest lesson for Donna, and everyone else, is that there’s always more than meets the eye whenever we encounter strangers. A boy she constantly saw at the cemetery turned out to be the biggest ally she ever had in life.
For the rest of us, we are reminded that even the younger generation is aware of the risk and impact of being part of the military. Mason’s action proves that it’s never too early to learn how to be kind and give back in special ways to those we’ve lost in the quest to uphold peace.
