Benjamin Mendy – £4.8 Million, Alderley Edge
When Peter Crouch moved out of his Alderley Edge mansion, fellow soccer star Benjamin Mendy scooped up the property for £4.8 million in 2018. For that price, the Manchester City defender got to enjoy the two-story home’s amenities, from the kitchen that’s decked out with modern appliances to the grand bathroom with a glass-encased shower.
Safe to say, his home reflects his lucrative £28 million contract with his club. However, it’s also worth noting that Mendy might not be able to enjoy this deal fully as Manchester City suspended him from playing in 2021.
