Kyle Walker – £3.5 Million, Cheshire
It took a £50 million deal for England national team defender Kyle Walker to sign on with Manchester City in 2017. And he didn’t hesitate to put that hard-earned cash to good use, it seems, moving into a £3.5 million home in Cheshire, which is bordered by Greater Manchester, two years later.
According to the Manchester Evening News, he lives there with his fiancée Annie Kilner, who we bet is also enjoying the two-floor master suite complete with his/her dressing rooms. Elsewhere in the home is a gym, a soccer pitch, and a hot tub. Walker continues to play for Manchester City in 2021.
