Vanessa Redgrave was once regarded as the greatest actress of all time. Her journey started in the late ’50s with numerous stage productions. Eventually, she gained wider recognition for the film “Morgan: A Suitable Case for Treatment,” which landed her an Academy Award nomination. Her other successful projects include “Behind the Mask” and “Letters to Juliet.”
She is one of the few artists to achieve the Triple Crown of Acting. Her contribution to the industry was inducted into the American Theatre Hall of Fame. Apart from acting, Redgrave also made a legacy as an activist. She has been supporting organizations such as UNICEF and the Workers Revolutionary Party.
