Roddy Piper – Died in 2015

Nicknamed as the ‘Hot Rod’, Roddy was famous for his rowdy nature and also used to enter the ring with bagpipe music, maybe due to his Scottish origin. Though he couldn’t register a single championship title in his name, he was named as “the most gifted entertainer in the history of professional wrestling” by the veteran Ric Flair. Out of the ring, Piper has displayed his acting skills in multiple films and Tv shows including the lead character in the cult classic They Live. Unfortunately, he left us in 2015 at the age of 61.
