Michael Phelps is the most decorated Olympian in history with an astonishing collection of 28 medals over four Olympic Games. Nicole Johnson is a former beauty pageant queen and has been very supportive of Michael throughout his career.

While their careers have been a line on the up, especially with Phelps, their relationship has not been linear. They met in 2007, broke up in 2012, reconciled, and he gave her an engagement ring in 2015. They tied the knot in 2016 and had two children together.
