In 2021, the “Tampa Bay Buccaneers” offered Shaquil Barrett a contract extension of four years, which can bring him up to $72 million. As you can imagine, he gladly signed it because it would add approximately $18 million to his bank account each year. His earnings were, however, higher, having been $35 million in 2021.
