Meet Otha Anders, the Penny Collector

This story wouldn’t be complete and worth sharing without meeting the collector himself. The man in this story is Otha Anders, a 73-year-old who was a supervisor on a school board for most of his life. Being a supervisor meant watching over kids that had been suspended from school.

These children seemed to love Anders just as much as he loved them and his job. He was very good at his job and was known for it, as well as being a family man with a wife and children of his own. One could see that he was an all-grounded man but had an uncanny habit.
