More Than Just a Hobby

While Anders had many admirable virtues, he had a unique habit of collecting pennies. It wasn’t unusual to have such a hobby as some people collected stamps while others preferred art. The preference for what could be collected is wide and could vary based on the individuals.

For Anders, pennies were his object of choice. He gained an interest in collecting lost pennies and began to do so just for fun. Soon after, his collection of pennies grew and so did his desire to collect more pennies. What started out as a fun hobby quickly turned into an intense obsession that was almost beyond control.
