This is why some countries have made it illegal for alcohol brands to advertise their products. In some countries like South Africa, these brands can’t even sponsor events or sports teams, and these products rely on word of mouth and bars and clubs to spread the news about their services.

But that isn’t as raw a deal as you think. That’s because when you see careless advertising like in the picture, you understand why authorities have taken such a hard line. This may be Vegas, but that doesn’t mean people should be careless or think they’re solving problems by drinking away their sorrows.
