Passing Out
We’ve already discovered that there are two types of a hangover, and the best remedy for one of these is to eat a healthy fatty meal before going on a bender. This means that the greasiness is already in your body before you put alcohol into it and is ready to fight off the drunkenness and hangover that is still to come.
Just don’t pass out from eating all that greasy food. There is also such a thing as a food hangover. This typically happens when someone overeats or eats something they usually wouldn’t. Some of the symptoms include fatigue, low energy, and sluggishness.
