Mick Jagger – Age 78
In the heyday of British rock in the ’60s, there were two sensational teenage bands in the nation: “The Beatles” and “The Rolling Stones.” Out of the two, the latter was the most rebellious, counterculture, and in-your-face act. “The Rolling Stones” embodied the carefree spirit of rock and roll, perhaps as no other band did, and they owed a lot of their charisma to Sir Mick Jagger.
Known for his moves, catchy hooks, and showmanship, Jagger is one of the world’s most iconic singers. Still active, he’s now a more mature and responsible man and has made significant contributions to the world via his philanthropic work.
