Life would be meaningless and utterly disorganized if there were no rules. However, it would be equally boring if some people wouldn’t be ignorant enough to break the rules, except it’s a bit annoying sometimes. Some people definitely know how to counter these behaviors, and it looks like a simple note on the windshield isn’t enough to warn a reckless driver.

When this car owner failed to oblige to the neighbor’s multiple requests to move their ride and park it in the right spot, they had no option but to turn it into their canvas. We have to admit, the colors look rather beautiful in black. Hopefully, they weren’t permanent!
