Some people have a rather absurd sense of entitlement towards things that they don’t own. This could result in annoying others, and prompting them to react in the best way possible. This small smart car’s owner most likely made the best decision when purchasing it; it may not be a family ride, but it can easily fit into parking spaces.

Despite taking advantage of the situation, it looks like this time he made the wrong decision, and the owners of the two vehicles he parked in between couldn’t just let it slide. They also took advantage of its size and quickly made a parking lock-up for it. He’s lucky it wasn’t a permanent one!
