Shakira (44) – $300 million
Shakira has shot her way to the very top from her humble beginnings in Colombia. Now, rather than the modest life of some celebrities, she prefers luxury. One of the things she spends a lot of money on is real estate and seriously expensive cars.
One of her first major purchases was a huge house in Florida which reportedly cost her $1.1 million. She has also bought a massive beach house on a private island in Miami and a villa on the island of Cyprus by the Mediterranean Sea for about $2.3 million. She will add to the bank account with her new single titled “Don’t Wait Up” in July 2021.
