Magic Johnson, a former professional basketball player, is considered one of the best players of all time. He got off to a great start with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he won five NBA championships and was awarded NBA Most Valuable Player three times. During the height of his professional basketball career in 1991, his 13-year career was cut short by tragedy.

After that, he started Magic Johnson Enterprises, later serving as the cornerstone of his business empire. Besides owning a movie studio, he also controls a large stake in the Los Angeles Dodgers. He’s reportedly worth a whopping $620 million.
