Hal Holbrook is an American actor, television director, and writer who was very popular during the ’60s. He was born in 1925, making him 95 years old today. Seeing his age, you’d think he’d have retired by now, but he is rumored to be appearing as Charlie in the upcoming film, The Secrets We Share.
In 1954, he developed his first one-man stage show, which earned him critical acclaim. Holbrook later did a stage show named Mark Twain Tonight, for which he won the Tony Award for the Best Actor in a play, further cementing him as a great actor.
