Lorne Michaels – 1944
Born Lorne David Lipowitz, Lorne Michaels achieved success in the entertainment industry as a TV producer and screenwriter. His best-known producing credits are “Saturday Night Live” and the “The Tonight Show.” He is also the recipient of 20 Primetime Emmys out of 94 nominations.
Michaels continues working in the industry producing the 2021/2022 series “Kenan.” He also dabbled in acting, and you might have seen him in “30 Rock,” “Portlandia,” and “Sandy Wexler.” Away from Tinseltown, Michaels has been married three times and has three children. He walked down the aisle in 1991 to tie the knot with his current wife, Alice Barry.
