Mary Elinor Donahue was a Washington girl who spent almost seven decades appearing in film and is one of these outstanding performers.
A dancing chorus girl was our heroine’s first role at age five, and as she grew up, smaller parts gave way to projects like Many Happy Returns, Odd Couple, Happy Days, and Cold Case. Elinor is living proof that age is only a number, especially when measuring acting power.
