Fred Willard- 86 (1933-2020)

Fred Willard’s passing saddened the Hollywood industry. He had been a fixture in the comedic scene since the 70s and remained active even in his twilight years, appearing in ABC’s Modern Family and Netflix’s Space Force.

Actor Jamie Lee Curtis was the first person to report that the actor had left us due to natural causes. It’s not surprising that Curtis was one of the first people to know since her husband, Christopher Guest, frequently worked with Willard. Fred left behind a daughter, Hope, and a grandson, Freddie, whom we hope found solace in the fact that the talented man is with his creator.
