Judi Dench – Cats
CGI can be a powerful tool when used correctly, but sometimes, the ideas don’t turn out entirely as they were projected. Released in 2019, Cats was a film many looked forward to but ended up being disappointed, with the production receiving bad reviews for its poorly done CGI job.
In a star-studded cast that included Judi Dench, James Corden, Taylor Swift, and Idris Elba, the crossover between cats and humans backfired massively, and it was full of avoidable errors. While it brought it some modest income, the film showed us that maybe we should stick to using CGI only when it’s necessary.
