Kevin Costner – Waterworld
Kevin Costner’s 1995 film might have failed to make a mark in the box office, but there was a lot of work that went behind the magnum opus. With delays and a storm wrecking the film’s sets, the production costs went as high as $175 million. Besides, the post-apocalyptic film required extensive computer graphics to make things look realistic.
The team managed to give Costner gills to play a mutant, but they ended up looking horrendous. So, the post-production team went back to the editing board and managed to change them just in time.
