What Dwayne Johnson looked like in Central Intelligence is nothing like his appearance in real life. A swollen face, curly hair, and extra mass? That is certainly not Mr. Johnson in reality. If you are wondering how this magically bizarre transformation happened, it was the work of CGI.
Actors do go through weight gain and loss, but such crazy changes do not happen drastically. Only if we could use this technology in real life and roam around as our younger slimmer selves, how lovely would that be. Then again, it only happens in movies!
