Lexi’s Dieting
Here’s a bit of what Lexi managed to do with her meals. For Breakfast: two large eggs, three pieces of turkey bacon, and a Protein shake as a snack. An excellent start to the day! Lunch was: Cottage Cheese, Salmon patties, asparagus, broccoli, almond butter, and banana as a snack; Dinner: turkey burgers made with honey wheat thin buns and fat-free cheese, steamed mushrooms, cauliflower, and broccoli. A 30-minute cardio workout accompanied breakfast and lunch breaks on the Elliptical Machine. If that is not a significant change to your routine, we don’t know what is!
