Salma Hayek – 2018 Academy Awards
The Frida actress Salma Hayek is a bombshell of a woman and one of the most classy red carpet superstars on the planet. Still, the dress she wore at the 2018 Academy Awards is a messy stain on her otherwise pristine reputation. Strangely, it was created by an acclaimed Gucci designer named Alessandro Michele.
The tabloids immediately criticized Hayek’s Oscar look, and some journalists mentioned it resembled something made out of curtain fabric. However, the most unsightly detail is surely the over-the-top diamond chain, which somehow looks incredibly cheap (even though it probably isn’t)!
