Perhaps Caitlyn Jenner is the star on this list who has undergone the most radical transformation. The former Olympian went through gender reassignment procedures and is now a trans woman. She had facial-feminization procedures as well as hairline correction surgeries.

Jenner is best known as the Kardashian-Jenner patriarch and from appearances in Keeping Up With The Kardashians. She starred in I Am Cait which documented her transitioning process. These days she runs a YouTube channel and continues sharing snippets of her life.
