Rachael Ray is a celebrity chef, entrepreneur, and television personality, and it all has to do with food one way or the other. Of course, this means she enjoys delicacies, which can often come in a high-calorie format. Before her weight got too out of hand, Ray joined the gym.
However, it was more of an attempt to release her frustration from not being able to talk for nearly a month post-throat surgery. Somehow, it got rid of 40 pounds of body weight and came with the bonus of a healthier and more comfortable figure. Ray was committed enough to embrace it and make exercise and healthy food a lifestyle choice.
