The Spotlight Fades

As with most media sensations, the spotlight around the McCaugheys eventually died down. However, like the McGhees, they decided to stop sharing too much about their family life with the media. Kenny and Bobbi wanted their kids to have a normal life as much as possible, and that meant retreating from the public eye.

They gradually reduced the media appearances and were soon down to sharing one update about the kids each year. Their decision could have a thing to do with the stern warning they received from the Dionne quintuplets about minimizing the media exposure.
