Why So Serious

In the modeling industry, one of the key skills a model has is to be able to pull emotion and play a character in the blink of an eye… from one shot to the next. It’s a lot like acting but for still cameras instead of recording ones.

Yet one of the biggest criticisms  Jaqi receives is that her children look so sad in their photo. This is even though, as Jaqi explained, a) they’re playing a role for the shot and b) It’s them doing a serious shot. But she maintains that the girls have a happy childhood.
