After a long and tiring 5-hours hearing, the court ruled in favor of Christin and Kelsey, deciding that Schaffen’s forced haircut was condemnable. As a result, Christin was given total custody of Kelsey, who was no longer going to have to spend the weekends with her father and stepmom.
