Team Kelsey

As more and more strangers decided to stay on Kelsey’s side, a movement known as Team Kelsey appeared online. Plenty of people donated money so Kelsey could get a new haircut and makeover anytime soon. And she was getting a lot of support from her friends and teachers at Fostoria High School.

Thanks to Team Kelsey, our heartbroken 13-year-old got her confidence back and found the strength she needed to show her face in public without shame. Still, there was no shortage of critics, both in social media and the press.
