To Christin, it wasn’t hard to find out who the culprits were. Schaffen and his wife Sarah were responsible for the grotesque haircut, which was performed against Kelsey’s will. Christin knew right on this was a clear case of child abuse.

Still, there were some questions left to answer. The main one being: why on Earth would a supposedly loving father do something as horrid as this to his 13-year-old child?
