Gatorade Shower Surprise
Kate Longworth, a reporter for Fox Sports Arizona, was showered in Gatorade while interviewing A.J. Pollock after his game-winning hit. When the Arizona Diamondbacks won a match against the Los Angeles Angels in 2018, the celebrations spilled out onto the field and the Fox Sports reporter got caught in the middle.
The Diamondbacks apologized to Longworth on Twitter, referring to her as “Collateral Damage.” The expression of surprise on Longworth’s face showed that the Gatorade shower he received was unexpected. But we believe it was a funny experience for her since she is an avid sports fan and passionate about the Reds.
