Lil Nas X caused quite a stir in 2021 with his ‘Satan Shoes’ Nike Air Max 97s that were featured in his song “Montero (Call Me by Your Name).” When the court ordered a restraining order blocking the sales of the shoes, he posted a meme of him as Spongebob Squarepants character Squidward, as a homeless man.

He’s anything but homeless though, and in fact, became a first-time homeowner in 2021. He splashed $2.35 million on the Sherman Oaks starter mansion that boasts four en suite bedrooms as well as a gym, swimming pool, and walk-in closet. It also has an office and a balcony attached to the main suite.
