Bill Gates – Medina, Washington
When it comes to luxurious pieces of real estate, many places might be worth seeing, but no house can beat the one Bill Gates has built for himself. We’re speaking of the legendary Xanadu 2.0 in Washington. Last valued, the estate was estimated to be worth around $127, according to Business Insider.
The 66,000 square-foot house is ‘earth-sheltered’ which means that the Gates family gets to enjoy plenty of privacy and cool breeze from the surrounding trees. Some of its distinctive features include the 60-foot-long swimming pool that has an underwater music system, the 2,500-square-foot gym, and the 1,000-square-foot dining room.
